(More customer reviews)I knew going into this book that we had to do something to prepare our practice for Y2K but thought that the majority of problems were isolated to our internal systems. After reading through this manual, my eyes were opened to the real problems that we face. Sure, our own computers and systems still need to be tested but it is our ability to respond to issues that develop with outside dependecies that will make the difference between success and failure next year. I never considered many of the ideas or solutions that are offered in this book. I am grateful for reading it and feel much more confident in our ability to move ahead. This is not a technical manual but rather a common sense business approach to an unavoidable problem.
