The publishers and booksellers overlooked it completely, unless they were trying to hide it. It fits into a johnny while in the hospital and speaks volumes on a patients' side table. The authors, a social worker and a Physician Assistant (A Vietnam Vet) try their best to help patient's and families. I review it before every medical appontment.
