(More customer reviews)The dictionary is pretty good, once you adjust where to look for certain illnesses (a syndrome may be listed under diease or vice versa). The biggest disappointment is the inability to download the info onto my PDA. I downloads everything but the data file and there is virtually no support to figure out the glitch. The error message i receive is not identified on the software website. Beat. I still support the dictionary but don't fuss over the PDA stuff unless you are saavy.
