(More customer reviews)On an impulse, I sent this book to my father (he's age 77) to help him be better informed about his health. He lives out of state and I'm not always available to find answers to his questions. He's very healthy, but recently he's had bouts of vertigo and anxiety. The book is helpful to him to confirm the information that his physicians give him, and he finds that reassuring. Overall, he says that he really enjoys reading the book and that it's a good reference.
