This book has given me great protocols to encorporate into my practice. I use the functional movement screen chapter written by Gray Cook to test for the source of biomechanical dysfunction. This book also gives ideas on how to design, implement, and supervise therapeutic exercise programs for orthopedic injuries. I especially liked the information on managing the healing process through rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, and orthotics. A great resource to have if you are interested in learning how to set up an effective rehabilitation program and biomechanical screen.
