The main part of the book surveys the work of Rabbi Moshe Feinstein, Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach, Rabbi Immanuel Jakobovits, and Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Waldenberg.
The work of Rabbi Feinstein is discussed by his son- in- law Rabbi Moshe Tendler and by Fred Rosner. The work of Rabbi Auerbach and his contributions to medical halachah is surveyed by Rabbi Abraham Steinberg. The work of Rabbi Yakobovitz is considered by his son, Yoel. And Dr. Steinberg also surveys the accomplishment of Rabbi Waldenberg.
Short biographical notes and extracts are provided by Nisson F. Shulman.
For all who are interested in Jewish Medical Ethics this is an outstanding volume.
