Although a minor error initially resulted in receiving the incorrect book--which was very similar-- the seller refunded me the shipping cost and sent the correct book promptly. This is an honest mistake that could happen to anyone, and I am very pleased with how the seller handled the matter. I would certainly do business with this seller again.
