This book will explain exactly what is relevant to you for each item in their history. If you're pushed for time you can just cut to the dental aspects section for each condition, but there's plenty of detail on the general and medical aspects if you have time and want to actually understand what's happening in the rest of your patient's body, or just impress your tutors. Buy it.
